Kuppelsaal

An attraction with crystal-clear acoustics

Encased in glass and surmounted by the characteristic dome, the auditorium with its 2,000 seats rises above the west of Frankfurt - that alone is a sight to behold.

Elegant and timeless

With its round domed roof and unusual architecture, the myticket Jahrhunderthalle is still a landmark visible from far away. The fully glazed domed hall conveys a feeling of stepping outside and has exceptional acoustics. The special and cultivated ‘Sixties flair’ of the hall with its gleaming parquet floor, the illuminated ‘starry sky’ and the heavy velvet curtains is unique in the Rhine-Main region and makes it stand out nicely from newly built venues.

Friedrich Wilhelm Krämer's building, completed in 1963,  remains elegant and timeless.

A manifesto of modernity

We can accommodate up to 2,700 guests for seated events. For standing concerts, that rises to nearly 5,000.

With its large theatre stage, the possibility of blackout and its multifunctional room concept, the Kuppelsaal offers a forum for events of all kinds. Treading the ' boards that mean the world’ have been such famous artists as Yehudi Menuhin, Jimi Hendrix, Herbert von Karajan, Janis Joplin, Frank Sinatra, Maria Callas and Kraftwerk, to name but a few. Today's greats from the show and music business also like to perform at the myticket Jahrhunderthalle. These are the likes of Coldplay, Tokio Hotel, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga or Casper. In the Rhine-Main region, the myticket Jahrhunderthalle is a must-see for both guests and artists.
